Terms of Service

  • Elite Claims are instructed to act as my/our sole representatives in the settlement of my PPI claim, and where requested any Credit Card Charges.
  • I/we confirm that we/are aware of my/our right to refer the matter to the Ombudsman free of charge.
  • I/we will provide Elite Claims with any information requested to pursue the claim where requested.
  • If the financial provider sends correspondence directly to me/us, I/we will forward this to Elite Claims within three working days from receipt.
  • I/we understand Elite Claims will help calculate any charges made to myself which are to be included in this claim. However, I understand Elite Claims accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, should the amount of the claim be miscalculated or disputed.
  • Where requested, I/we will pay the £10 fee necessary to access my file (Data Subject Access Request) and/or the £1.00 fee for a Section 77 request. These payments should be made payable direct to your financial provider, not Elite Claims.
  • The claim handling will be carried out by Elite Claims, who have absolutely no affiliation with your financial provider.
  • On success of your claim. Elite Claims will charge a 20% fee on all amounts received. Our charges apply to the total value of the benefits, monetary or otherwise. ie. if £2000 recovered Elite Claims will charge £400, if £5000 recovered Elite Claims will charge £1000
  • If the bank pays any settlement monies directly to the client and or if they reduce any of the clients debit balances by the settlement then the client will become liable to pay the company’s fee (and any other monies paid out on the client’s behalf) directly to the company. Further the client agrees to notify the company of any settlement received directly from the Bank within 2 working days of receipt whereupon the company will issue the client with an invoice for its services which become payable within 7 days.
  • On receipt of settlements by the financial provider, I/we agree that we will notify Elite Claims within three working days. And understand Elite Claims will then issue an invoice for their services, which must be paid within 14 calendar days of issue.
  • I/we agree the Elite Claims can deduct any fees for my claim from my credit/debit card upon completion of my case once the invoice becomes due.
  • I/we agree not to accept any settlement that is communicated directly to us by the Bank without the consent of Elite Claims.
  • Elite Claims may terminate this agreement should the amount recoverable be deemed to be commercially insufficient to progress.
  • I/we may terminate this agreement within 14 days of the date of this agreement (it is recommended you send such a request by recorded delivery). If terminated within 14 days the company will not charge the client any fees. If Cancelled after 14 days the client is responsible for the companies reasonable costs (estimated at £50 per hour)
